Airy buds in coco

Hello,

I just finished my second grow in coco. 18L pots, 70/30 coco perlite, watering once a day 2-2.5L until 20-30% runoff.

My first grow was in a tent, Vpd was tricky to keep good so I thought that was the cause.

Now I put them outside, painted my walls white, everything good so far.

VPD was optimal through all stages, no nutrient deficieisies, no nutrient burn, no toxicity, nothing. Everything was dialed in, but I still had no dense buds.

I did stress them a bit during their stretch as I removed the lower branches. But I didnt train all of the plants (i had 8), and those I didnt train also had airy buds.

I thinking watering may be the cause, I had no time to water them more frequently during the day.

Frage zu Online Apotheke

Moin,

Coco not drying out too slow ?

Experienced in soil but got a quick question, second time growing in coco, same problem.

Ive prepared a few solo cups filled with coco coir, I've the the issue of the coco not drying out.

Intial weight of solo cup + coco, 150-160g, watered a reasonable amount, after runoff they sit at 250g.

Now, 3 days later, and it barely dried out. The top is still moist. Growth is stunted, imo.

I have watched several videos, timelapses about starting from seed in solo cup, and theirs dry out normally, how come ? 23c, 75% rh, EC and Ph all dialed in
