Rear hub noise . .

The rear hub on my single speed belt drive bicycle has developed a weird clunking noise. Any of you pros have an idea as to the cause?

Chain question?

I have a Specialized Sirrus Single Speed from 2019. It has a KMC chain and on one of the links it is stamped 8F-2.

Is this a 3/32" chain?

It has a Sturmey Archer 17t freewheel and I was hoping to upgrade to a Shimano 17t but it doesn't appear they make a 17t.

Rear hub service?

I have a single speed with a Sturmey-Archer rear hub. I have never opened it up to clean and regrease it. Can someone point me to a good instructional video to give me the basics?
