How to tell if a Hilton property has laundry for guest use?

The image is from the Marriott app. This is the Richmond Marriott. 4th from the bottom it shows this property has laundry. I travel every week and bring scrubs and Lulu and that’s it. I wash on Wednesdays because I will not wear scrubs (or workout clothes) more than once. I always look at this section before I book a room. Marriott has this listed for all properties under Amenities and then under Guest Services. I much prefer a full service property over something like a Hampton Inn which I know has laundry. I like that most Marriott properties with the Marriott name (meaning Marriott hotels not Courtyard or Residence inn or Fairfield but an actual Marriott) have laundry but not all. So I check this before I book.

I have no idea if that is true for Hilton properties or Double Tree or Canopy etc? I do all my research for the next week on Fridays when I am flying home. I book all my travel on the plane. So I can’t call and I am not about to waste my time dealing with this on my own time. There has to be a way to search the hotel amenities without having to call every single property. Am I missing something?

Edited to add: Does anyone read anything? The first 5 comments are telling me to call or that the info is in the screenshot. Why don’t you read the post before you respond. I can’t call as I do the research on my cross country flights home and the screenshot is from Marriott who always includes if there are laundry facilities.

Why does Lyft have so many more problems than Uber and do others experience these issues

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I take a ride share to SFO every Sunday or Monday and back home every Thursday or Friday. I do this every week and I usually use Uber.

When I try to use Lyft I ALWAYS have a problem. I reserve the ride going to the airport but not from the airport to home. Every single Uber driver that I have reserved shows up a couple minutes early or gets there right on time. I have only used Lyft 3x as a reserved ride. One guy cancelled after he was in the way and the other two were more than 5 minutes late. I have been doing this for over 2 years so that’s well over 200 rides and I have never ever had a late Uber when I reserve and nor have I had a driver cancel and Uber not find me another one. I only give myself 30 minutes at the airport because I know the routine. The one time the Lyft driver cancelled I had to get a ride to the airport.

The other thing is when they drive to the airport Lyft wants them to drive down Milbrae Ave instead of talking the 380 freeway. On Milbrae Ave the speed limit is 25 MPH with stop signs instead of 65 MPH. It adds about 8 minutes to the 25 minute drive. So it adds 1/3 more time and makes absolutely no sense what so ever. And because I have never in my life had a Lyft driver that speaks English it’s near impossible to tell them that the way Lyft wants them to go is completely absurd.

And the last point is 1/2 the Uber drivers don’t speak English but they understand basic things in English. 99% of Lyft drivers don’t speak English. And the Lyft drivers seem to be new to the country and really do not understand the most basic words in English.

If I take a Lyft it is usually from the airport and not to the airport. I know people tend to like Lyft better than Uber but Lyft has some clear issues that Uber doesn’t have when I use Uber.

Do others have problems in n Lyft with late or cancelled scheduled rides, weird routing that adds 30% more time, and language issues more often than the competition?

This is definitely a first for me. Checked in yesterday the 27th as you can see in the screenshot. Checked out today and already have the points.

Could this be what the new system does? The FDA mentioned they were on the new system. I hope on the new system they all post this fast.
