3,4-dialkyl/dihalogen substituted 2C-x compounds
To my knowledge the only well known 3,4-disubstituted 2C-x are 2C-G, and its DOx counterpart Ganesha. Also 2,5-dimethoxy-3,4-dichloro-amphetamine (DODC), as well as their positional isomers and DODB.
I feel like this is a sadly unexplored area, just imagine the novel possibilities, you have 8 different substitutions on 2 different positions able to be swapped around in. This would open the possibility of 64 different iterations, and this isnt even counting playing around with the 6th position or the DOx and NBOMe compounds.
Now Im sure all of these molecules already exist in some database somewhere and that some of them probably have been synthesized by someone at some point.
Let me ask you, which combinations do you think sound the most intriguing, and how would you go about a feasible route?
