Etching/cutting Thin aluminum, Laser Etching Question

Good Morning, all!

Reaching out the best way I know how. Reddit.
I have an Idea to make some Card game holders. I have some pictures of a product from a company I adore, they seem to be out of business, and I am reverse-engineering how to make them.

My questions are:

  1. How do I cut the metal to create the top frame? Is it laser cut, or maybe I need to contact a local CNC location to cut blanks?

  2. What would you recommend for the type of Laser I would need to etch the back piece? I am seeing a lot of info that aluminum is hard to etch and a strong laser is needed because of the
reflection of the metal. The metal is super thin and doesn't feel like steel (from what I can tell)

Thanks for any comments or information to help me in a direction.

ForceOfPhil's Magician Combo question

Got a general question!

Forceofphils Magician Combo deck.

Can someone lay out the steps on how to win with it? Chaoswish makes my brain hurt on how to continue the chain of completion.

So can someone explain to me like its five?

I know immortal throne is in it so you can win that way, can you not craterize or divine intervention if needed and go from there?

Decklist for information

Cutting Thin aluminum, Laser Etching Question

Good evening all!

Reaching out the best way I know how. Reddit.

They are thin aluminum sheets that are etched. However, I am not sure how to cut aluminum to make the top frame without going big with a higher-wattage fiber laser/c02 laser.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to cut it?
