Psychology of degradation; advice needed

New vitamins giving me libido back, how to handle?

So, I have been meh on sex for years- never cared for it. Always left me feeling bad. But recently I started taking B vitamins and holy shit- my energy is back. Now I’m constantly horny and it was fun at first, but it’s also a bit hard to manage. Anyone else experience something similar?
