Advice on incorporating frozen pre-cooked shrimp into the mix

Hello all! As the title suggests, I am curious as to how I can go about meal prepping pre-cooked frozen shrimp. I’ve been meal prepping for quite some time but have always made it a policy to avoid seafood for the small hurdles they tend to introduce. But now, I’m looking to bump up my protein without rehashing any of my existing meals.

I plan on having it with a small fiber pasta meal I already make. I guess what I really want to know is,

  1. what is the best way of reheating without sacrificing taste or quality?
  2. How long does thawed out pre-cooked shrimp last in the fridge?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

iPod 5.5th gen- Kokkia Bluetooth adapter stopped working

Hello all,

As the title describes, I have an iPod 5.5th gen running original OS, with an iflash quad 1tb installed and a 3000mah thin battery.

When I first got done modding it I used my Kokkia i10pro, and it worked perfectly fine. A couple of months passed, I tried to use it again and no luck. I thought mine went bad so I bought another i10pro and a bootleg off Amazon to try my luck. Both did not work, but it charges and transfers data just fine, could it be an internal problem dealing with the port?

The only thing I haven’t really tried yet was to play music from that port, but I bought a 30 pin to 3.5mm adapter to try that out to cross off the list. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A friend of mine used to have this exact wristband a long time ago, and he was very fond of it before it tore on him one day. Looking to buy one but having no luck in finding one (in the us at least). Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

A/C can’t keep up with the whole house on very hot days.

For context, I moved in my house in the summer of 2024. From when I moved in I’ve been having this issue. On days of moderate heat like mid to high 70s it can kind of maintain whatever temp I put it to. It may jump an extra degree or two but what I assume to be an acceptable range.

However, when it gets to the 80s or god forbid 90s, it’s a shit show. A couple days ago it was high 80s and sunny and it hit 82 in the house. On top of my ac cranked up, I have like 6 fans running constantly to try and mitigate it to no avail. I’ve had a couple of HVAC techs come out, one guy told me it’s normal, and another hooked up his gauges to the outdoor unit and said the high pressure gauge was around 500, indicating my coil inside was clogged. Both said there was adequate Freon. The 2nd tech proceeded to say it’s apparently impossible to find the coil I need.

I have a ~1400 sqft ranch house. I change my filters every month, my return vents are unobstructed/ unblocked, I closed off 2 of the like 8 vents I have on my main floor in rooms I don’t frequent too often, I closed 2 of the 3 vents in the basement but left the ones directly on the unit open and unobstructed.

I’m at my wits end, my wife’s hamster looks like a limp sock, and I don’t know what my options are at this point.

It’s a 2.5ton 410a coil apparently, from what the tech told me. Forgive if I left out seemingly important or obvious details, I’m not going to pretend I know the HVAC game. At this point I’ll dance for dirty quarters if that helps anyone come up with something.

An unfortunate day!

Purchased a decent strawberry G3 off eBay, was super excited because I always loved the look of the strawberry pink. I’ve had several G3 online shipped to me before in the past year, and never had the usual issues everyone else might have. Unfortunately this one had to be the one to bite the bullet. Depressing

Haziza acrylic wall art

Hello, found this piece at a local shop and was curious what it may be worth? I am unfamiliar with vintage pieces as a whole so just want to see what people think

Hello, I have a 2004 Excursion I am looking to get a 3 inch lift kit installed on. I see Rough Country offers a complete kit at a reasonable price. I don't plan on using the truck for off roading and plan on throwing some 33 inch tires on it. Is there a brand that maybe has a more comfortable/ overall better ride than the Rough Country kit anyone would recommend? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
