Hi everyone. I am 36M from Turkey. It’s been a fair amount of time since my hair transplant, so I wanted to share my 5-month progress with you and get your thoughts on the result so far.

I had my procedure on March 16, 2026, at Dr. Hakan Clinic (Dr. Hakan Bozkurtoglu) in Istanbul, Turkey. The procedure took around 7 hours. 3xxx grafts has been transplanted as far as i rememeber. They provided breakfast as well as a meal after the procedure. Dr. Hakan personally made the incisions for the frontal hairline. The clinic was clean and well-kept, the staff were polite, and they’re still following up with me periodically to monitor my progress.

Those are all positives. If I had to mention one downside, I probably would have liked to have easier and more frequent communication with the doctor himself. I assume he’s quite busy. Other than that, I’m happy with the overall experience.

Since the day of the procedure, I’ve been taking 1.25 mg of finasteride every three days and using 4 sprays of minoxidil twice a day. I use ketoconazole shampoo once a week and Vichy Dercos Energy+ shampoo daily. I’ve also had one PRP session.

Starting next month, I’m planning to introduce tretinoin (to enhance the effects of minoxidil) once a week and start using a dermastamp. I’m also considering regular mesotherapy sessions.

I’m happy to answer any questions about the procedure or my progress. I paid $2,500 for the transplant.

What do you guys think of my results at this stage? Do you think there’s still significant room for improvement over the coming months?

Japonyada bit pazarına gittim. Aslında saatlerden pek anlamıyorum. Sizce bu iki saat nasıl? İkisi de otomatik ve Bunlara 14k para verdim. Her şeyi orijinal dediler. Sizce pahalıya mı almışım?

I’m looking for help identifying four different mushroom species I recently found. I’ve attached photos of each specimen (labeled 1–4).

Location details :

- Country: Turkey

- Region: Mediterranean (southern part of the country)

- Specific area: Slopes of Dedegöl Mountain

- Elevation: დაახლოებით 2000 meters

- Habitat: Mixed forest dominated by black pine (Pinus nigra) and cedar (Cedrus libani)

- Climate: Mediterranean climate, but cooler due to altitude

General observations:

- Found growing on forest floor among pine needles and organic debris

- No obvious industrial pollution nearby

- Typical mountain forest ecosystem

I would appreciate identification help for each sample if possible. If additional details are needed (spore print, bruising reaction, smell, etc.), I can provide them.
