Hi guys, Im desperate for some of your help & knowledge. First time growing dahlias, planted from bulbs and planted late due to shipping issues and having to change dahlia farms and yes I know I planted them insanely too close, oops 😬 I’m an hour south of Seattle in zone 8b.

I just got stakes to help with weight and sluggo for the slugs eating the leaves. I have a handful of questions and any help I’d be so greatful for. This was my dads thing and he has passed now, so this is my tribute garden in remembrance of him.

Should I be trimming off lower leafs before blooming, if so how soon can I start doing that to the smaller plants?

Is there anything wrong with the plants that have some weird leaf colors?

I’ve boughten sluggo for help w the earwigs and slugs, has that helped anyone?

What is some fertilizer or grow food I could give the smaller ones to help them along, how/when would I feed them?

In general, anything I should know?

The first photo is of mine, the second & third photos are of the exact same style as mine but I added for identifying purposes bc it still has the little chain attached to the zipper pull with the lobster clip on the end, mine fell off however many years ago.

Some other identifiable features is the rounded bottom of the wallets shape, one top zipper and the inside only has one compartment which is for the window side to put (for example) a drivers license.

I’ve been trying to search on google and on archive lists but haven’t found any definitive answers. The only “consistent” answer I’ve found so far is “clip & zip” but I’ve seen other styles be called that too, so I can’t be sure.

I knew Kim was full of it. She doesn’t **ACTUALLY** care that Liz and Jamal slept together all she cares about is if Liz slipped up any of Kim’s many secrets to him bc Kim hides SO much from the son she decided was worthy enough to keep 😬

This is one of the last items he bought on Amazon that he left a review on. I’m watching a documentary about Kohlhepp and the showed a chronological list of his Amazon reviews. I searched on google but couldn’t find any info directly about that last Amazon review.
