Where do y’all buy your salvia?

So I’m a bit new to salvia, but my main problem is that I’m having trouble finding a vendor. I checked out the vendor thread from this sub’s menu, but most comments are old and seem to have mixed opinions.

I’ve looked at Salvia Hut, but it seems like a lot of y’all have mostly negative things to say about them, and I’ve also heard that Salvia Dragon isn’t great. I tried Salvia Seller but it redirects to another site for payment processing which doesn’t seem to be up anymore.

I’ve heard good things about Professor Seagull’s Smartshop, but I live in Illinois so they won’t ship to me.

Are there any reputable vendors that you’ve used recently that will actually ship to me?

Why are some plurals spelled with a 𐑟 but others with 𐑕?

I was reading the spelling section on shavian.info, and I noticed that it says to use 𐑟 and 𐑕 depending on the sound the word makes at the end, for example “writers” ends in a Z-sound but “cats” ends in an S-sound.

Is this because certain plurals are universally pronounced with a particular sound?

I ask because nearly all American accents don’t articulate the T-sound in a lot of words, for example “bitter” and “bidder” at both just pronounced “bidder”. Despite being pronounced exactly the same by most, if not all Americans, there isn’t an inherently “American” spelling where these would be written the same, “bitter” is still “𐑚𐑦𐑑𐑼" and "bidder" is still "𐑚𐑦𐑛𐑼".

Edit: Forgot to mention, I'm aware that Shavian spellings may not align perfectly with actual pronunciations depending on your accent, but since the T vs D thing is quite universal among Americans it just made me wonder.
