My guess was that she let her hair down to let the hoops not flail around too much, the hair makes friction, but that's just my guess what do you think?

Is it just me or do I think Mario's head has something off?

I will say it once more, Nendoroid keeps knocking the ball out when it comes to making characters Nendoroi-fied

There is just something off about LEGO's Mario head that they released that seems a little off. I get that they didn't want to go with a normal minifigure head, and it does look like mario, but it just feels so offputting for whatever reason.

Anyways, other than that I am happy it's finally happening after over around 5 years.

Personally I always loved No. 3. I never understood why they got rid of her silver hoops for the stage show. They just paired well with her ponytail.

So will LEGO announcing Mario minifigures, and with Mario using a molded head like Sonic, do you think we will get different expressions for Mario? Like if we have a locked in Mario head, I would then along with giving him mid legs with brown shoe decals, I think that would be the perfect Mario minifigure for a Smash collection.

I know some people talk about LEGO Sonic's proportions, and I agree, he should really be using mid legs, but there is one thing that I feel no one really talks about, his head. Now I don't want to sound too nitpicky, but hear me out, I feel his quills ars too small, and sure while it would work for classic Sonic, it just doesn't work for Modern Sonic. And I think Nendoroid's Sonic head is the perfect LEGO-fied head for him, all you really need to do is just shrink down the head, and then drill a hole for the head to fit onto the torso. Knuckles also has this problem, so...(Also side note I don't care about this too much, but I think he should also be a darker blue)

So the minifigures you need for this custom are:

Fugitive Jay

Mech Pilot Jay

Legacy ZX Jay

So this is actually rpobably one of the most simple customs yet, because you just need to take the legs from Legacy ZX Jay and then put it on Mech Pilot Jay, then give that Jay black hands from Fugitive Jay, and then you will take the Fugitive Jay hood and put it on Mech Pilot Jay. Honestly for the head any of them work too, but personally I would choose the Legacy ZX head, but feel free to choose any modern Jay head you want.

So you are going to need 4 minifigures, I don't own any of these minifigures because I am kinda broke lol:

Spinjitzu Burst Kai

Fugitive Kai

Epic Battle Kai

Mech Pilot Jin

Start off with taking Fugitive Kai's mask, head, and shoulder pad and putting it on Spinjitzu Burst Kai's torso. Then take off Spinjitzu Burst Kai's hands and replace them with Fugitive Kai's hands, then put the sword holster from the Jin minifigure I linked a photo of and put it on Epic Battle Kai's legs, and then put the holster and legs onto the top part, and you have the best Kai. If any of you guys managed to make this at home, then send me a photo, and tell me what you think.

Currently I am waiting for a 3D printed Bambu lab Scythe top but for now what do you think of my Sycthe?
