Anyone else had their negative amounts in their Bill Payments changed to a positive amount? I checked my activity and there's none showing why I would have one now. I now owe a balance of $3029.

A buyer purchased 2 items in one combined pickup order. When they picked them up, they received 2 separate 6-digit pickup codes. I entered both codes, but only one item was marked as “Buyer picked up.”
After I got home, I noticed the second item still showed as awaiting pickup. The buyer then sent me the QR code through eBay messages, and I scanned that too, but it still didn’t mark the second item as picked up.
The buyer already has both items, and I’ve contacted eBay support but I’m waiting for a response.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did eBay fix it on their end, or is there anything else I should do while I wait?
I just started selling on eBay a few days ago (account is from 2021 but new seller activity). I’ve made 4 sales (all digital items) within 2 days, all marked “Picked up” (completed) with green checks and 1 positive feedback so far. My Payments page shows funds on hold until July 19–20.
Is there any real chance eBay releases funds earlier, or should I expect to wait until those dates?
I signed up for a placement test over Zoom and only received a confirmation email. Am I supposed to get the link to join closer to the day I take it?
