Scotia cannot tell me the results of my complaints. And default loan because of human error

I'll try my best to explain.

In December my car loan ended up to a collection agency following a difficult life situation.

I paid everything owed. It took months for the collection agency to send the papers back to the bank.

Every 2 weeks I would call and explain my situation and I was told they couldn't restart the payment due to the missing papers.

One day I called and hear I owe 800$ again because of all the missing payments I couldn't make.

The gentleman told me they would restart the bi-weekly payments and to pay the 800$ slowly.

However the bank never restarted the payments.

Despite having confirmed everything with them.

And my car loan ended up again in a collection agency.

I called and placed several complaints, as the amount owed was around 1000$, but the new collection agency fees were almost 2,000$ and didn't think it was fair for me to pay those due to the bank not restarting the payment like they said.

I would file a complaint with a CSR on the phone, get an email confirming it, and 2 minutes later a resolution email but, said email didn't contain any information.

Only a vague message and that if I wasn't satisfied I should contact the bank again.

3 complaints, same 2 minutes results without any mention of the results.

So I called Scotia and employees, including supervisors couldn't tell me the results as they didn't have access to it.

I was told a letter would be delivered.

Still nothing to this day.

They also left notes on files to wave the fees and only pay the amount owed to the bank, but when the agency called the bank, the bank said no. Despite having received confirmation from the employees the notes was in the file.

Now, my car is up for repossession because the bank didn't restart the payments as they said, and I owe thousands in fees because the bank doesn't want to follow through with the removal of the collection agency fees.

What can I do now?

I tried escalating the complaint but I'm told it can take 56 days and I don't have that time.

Thank you for your help.

Did I commit a crime? Messy situation with a drunk cheating partner. He wants to take me to court

This is a messy situation. I'm here for legal advice, not personal advice.

My partner is an alcoholic and he drinks almost everyday.

We own a business together and at the beginning of the summer we decided to work on making improvements to it and work harder.

However, my partner decided to help a friend with his house instead of putting his time into our business and getting drunk almost every night. I was patient, and worked on the business on my own during my free time.

Now the messy part:

Last june my partner was caught in an emotional affair with a neighbor. She was texting him flirty messages and how lonely she was. She asked my partner to come over to fix things. She would send pictures of herself in bed.

My partner has issues with setting boundaries. He tries to help everybody in needs.

He ended up drunk at her house one night and I believe they slept together. He doesn't remember it.

We talked and he said that if she talked to him or he was drunk and couldn't stop her, I'd have to step in.

Last week we were outside having a BBQ with friends.

She texted a friend who was with us who didn't know what happened. He invited her over.

My partner was drunk. She sat next to him and was flirty and kept glancing at me.

Eventually she took his arm and put it around her shoulders. I asked my partner to come inside and told him to stop it. He said he was fine.

I kept telling her to stop but she didn't. I told her to leave but the friend who invited her told me to calm down.

I wasn't in control of my own home. I was sober, I don't drink.

Eventually my partner and her were sitting close and she kissed him. I got upset but everyone was drinking and I became the problem. My partner was drunk falling asleep.

Seeing nothing I was doing worked and nobody cared, I went online and asked ChatGPT to draft a contract that would mean if my partner signed it, that the business would be all mine and he would owe me 5,000$ to refund my investment. I know the business is important to him and I wanted to show him that when he's drunk he makes bad decisions, like flirting with another woman and whatnot.

IMPORTANT: I WOULD HAVE NEVER ENFORCED THE DOCUMENT. I DON'T WANT TO SEPERATE OUR BUSINESS. IT WAS TO SEND A POWERFUL MESSAGE AT THE MOMENT. NOT TO MAKE HIM LOSE HALF OUR BUSINESS.

He refused to sign and told me to stop. Said he was fine.

I was uncomfortable and left.

3 hours later my partner came to bed and he apologized.

Saying that she touched him but I shouldn't had make a scene.

Now why I'm here.

My partner is telling me asking him to sign a document while drunk was illegal and what I did regarding the business was unacceptable.

He said I should've done anything but that and that I'm a criminal. We have an important business meeting in 2 weeks and he doesn't wanna go.

Did I do something illegal?

Am I a criminal?

Leo girl won't leave us alone and waited for my Libra bf to be drunk to make her move. Not sure what to do

My Libra man and I are in a slow burn relationship. We take our time, build a slow foundation, and know we are in each other's life for the long run.

Everyone around us knows we are together.

Before we got serious, my Libra bf had a 1 week fling with a Leo girl. She was talking to 3 other guys and after a week told Libra that she was going back to her ex.

We decided to be more serious in our relationship, realizing the distance sucked.

For a month and a half they didn't talk. One night, our drunk friend saw that she had an outdoor firepit and invited himself and my bf to her place. I was out of town and my bf said she he felt obligated to go.

A week later she texted him again that she was having a fire outside and invited him. I was back in town, we were all out with our friends. She came over after we didn't respond. She sat right next to my boyfriend and he was pissed drunk.

She was touchy feely all night. I was clearly uncomfortable and she didn't care. Putting his arm around her. At some point I asked my bf to come inside to talk and he said it was nothing. Not to worry.

My resting bitch face was clearly showing.

I asked our other Libra friend and best buddy to handle it and he said to wait and see, that Libra knew what he was doing.

She went to kiss him and I asked her to stop.

I had enough. She laughed and told me to relax.

Boyfriend slept on the couch and has been avoiding me since.

She parked on the other side of the complex today to make sure not to see me knowing I always drink my coffee outside.

But she did dropped something my bf had forgot outside, a speaker while I was inside the house with the door open.

And today she's on tiktok posting about having found a good man..

Are Leo women that weird and pathetic when it comes to chasing Libra men?

Any advice on how to deal with them?

Creeped out by Libra I'm talking to and not sure what to think

This Libra man I'm talking to is nice and charming. He puts me first. Tells the right thing. But then he'll ask creepy questions like who is my cell phone provider because he googled my number. Or say I don't have a real number because it came as a voice ip.

Or he googled something I said and will accuse me of lying when I didn't. He's also weirdly controlling and will push for answers even when I say no.

Is this a Libra thing?

He says he dreams about us and all but then his romantic side will be shut off with weird stuff he says, and its destabilizing

Is this normal?

Libra telling different stories to two persons. What to do?

I'm talking to this Libra guy. He's sweet, caring, and is looking for a long term relationship.

I'm a Scorpio. I told him about my past relationships.

My ex had a girl best friend who ruined our relationship by being too present and my ex partner prioritizing her.

Libra also has a female best friend.

They hang out a lot. He told me she's important and she's not going anywhere.

He complained to me about her. Said she brings food and things and she's a people pleaser and he thinks she does it to get closer to him. Like she'll help him clean his house if he's overwhelmed or busy.

I asked her why she does it and she explained that they're best friend, and it's what she always did for him and it won't stop.

She said she's been supporting him through tough time, depression, etc, and it's her way to be a supportive best friend.

Now he told her I was just trying to fish for info and ruin their friendship. She got upset with me and showed me her phone. Showed me what he had said.

It's contradicting!

He also said they spend too much time together. This weekend and for the past 4 days when I asked him what he was up to, he said he was with her. To a beer festival, fireworks, beach, BBQ. He said she was there as a designated driver but he told her they had an amazing weekend.

Why would a Libra do this?

To keep the peace but which version is the right one?

Is this a red flag for a Libra man?

I met this Libra man on FB dating. We've been talking for about 5 days.

He mentioned his female best friend.

They used to be in a situationship but they're just friends now. He says she had feelings for him but doesn't want to be with her. She's not attractive.

They own a small business together and spend a lot of time together. He mentioned his ex girlfriend, that he dated for a month, tried to seperate them. It worked but he was very unhappy and it was against his will, to make her happy.

She spends a weird amount of time at his house. Lives with him but has her own place. They sleep in different bedrooms. She sleeps in his daughters room when she's over. They share a car, too. They have dinner often. She helps clean his house. Has a key and comes and goes as she please.

They talk and text everyday but told me he wanted her to be more independent. He promised me there's nothing more than friendship. She's not physically attractive.

Is this a red flag or a normal Libra thing?
