Good riddance

Feeling lots of mixed emotions right now but I think hanging up the pump will be really good for my mental health and it’s ok to take care of ourselves first.
EBF my first baby 20 months and second baby for 6 months and started EP w second baby 7-10 months.. pumping is really really hard and I have so much more respect for EP mamas after this experience.
Hang in there amazing mamas.

So ready to quit. How fast can I stop

My baby turned 10 months yesterday and I’m so ready to quit. I’m so tired of my nipples getting abused and I don’t even make that much anymore (barely 15oz per day)
I’ve been doing 4 ppd last 3-4 weeks. I want to stop pretty fast…. I’m going to do 3 ppd tomorrow. How long should I do 3ppd before going down to 2… or can I go cold turkey 😭 I wish!!

FYI this bra doesn’t come with pads no

Super disappointed this doesn’t come with pads.
It says it’s a BRA so I assumed it comes with pads.
