Hello all fellow owners of Tata Cars,
I wanna buy a Tata Car (Altroz Diesel) for myself and i am worried about the after sales service and the service center experience since every other person complains about Tata on the internet

Please share your experience with the Tata service Center in nagpur, also i have some questions regarding the same, I hope to get answers from you

1. The showroom you bought your car from
2. Preferred service center
3. Service cost
4. How much delay or the waiting period is for the spare parts
5. Are you satisfied with your Car? Any quality issues ?

These answers will help me to decide if i should buy the Tata or not since everything depends on the after sales service once I buy the car.

Please help me what to chose between a diesel altroz top model and Kia Sonet/Venue Diesel

I currently own a 12 year old alto 800 LXI and I really need to upgrade because of mileage drop and overall outdated car

I want diesel only, i see no sense in petrol and EV due to E20 and long trips

So I am fully convinced to buy altroz since it fits perfectly as per my usage- a not so big car with all the modern features that one need but my family thinks a bigger car would be a better choice since we are spending around 12 lakhs. And since we are coming from alto they dont want similar size (according to them) car

I wont mind a bigger car but to have decent features in sonet/venue i will have to pay around 1-2 lakhs more.

Would the extra money and bigger car would make sense?

I got this brand new panasonic 2 ton 3 star AC from Lotus electronics, this is my very first AC I have no experience of owning an AC, buying to installation everything was smooth, i was using this for the very first time this evening and after sometime it started making this weird sound, anybody has experienced this similar issue? Am I missing on something? Should I call the Service Center guys? Please HELP!!
