Now we just have to wait for the magnamax PM2, Shaman, Sage, etc
Ferramonster Xandros S90V/Ti w brushed satin blade. Reminds me of a Kizer Feist in the way that it takes up very little space when closed & hardly feel it in pocket but in use you get the benefits of a full size knife. Length is longer than the Feist but still same idea
Ferramonster Xandros S90V/Ti. Kinda reminds me of a Kizer Feist, super small when closed, barely notice it in the pocket but gives a full size knife feel when open. A bit larger than the Feist but still same idea🤷♂️
Artisan Cutlery Revel S90V/Ti. I love shape/silhouette but what really put it over the top for me is the shiny coating on the contoured handle paired with the matte grey blade
Kizer Mini Militaw S45VN/Ti & Jungle Wear Fat Carbon. Just taking an old favorite out for a spin. Militaw’s may not be in the spotlight much these days but the Militaw series is one of the best things to come out of Kizer in the last few years IMO
The original bolster lock Militaw is the king but the Mini Militaw is absolutely still an honorable mention in the Militaw series.
Vosteed Thunderbird V Anniversary Limited Edition. From the online pics I knew this looked good but after being in hand for the last 24 hours I’d say it’s the best knife I’ve bought in this price range over the last year
I am truly blown away how good this knife is. Don’t get me wrong I was excited to order it after seeing it in photos but I’ve been excited the same way for dozens and dozens of other knives I’ve ordered over the last few months. Usually I get them and it holds my attention for a few days and then I switch to a different carry or a new knife comes and I forget about it. This is one of the few exceptions and goes in my top knives in my entire collection, especially the case now that it’s broken in a bit more after I’ve been fidgeting with it nonstop for the last day. If Vosteed could make something this good every time in this price range I’d never miss a release. Every movement or noise it makes when operating it reinforces a high quality feel. Thr carbon fiber scales look good in the photos but they are so much nicer once you get to see them up close and feel them. The handle is done in a way that hits the sweet spot between comfort and a solid, locked in grip. The flat surfaces of the handle help my grip lock on but the edges have just enough of a chamfer to so there is no weird pressure spots no matter how hard you squeeze the handle. The carbon fiber has a great texture as well. I don’t know if my thought will come across as I intend but the best way I could describe the feel is it’s like a latte texture. The scales are smooth but they still have a little feel that makes them super satisfying.
This is one of those occasions I’m really bummed out that I’m not better with my words so I can get across all of the little details that make me love this thing so much. One thing for certain, when these start popping up on the secondary market I am 100% going to grab one of the other versions.
Kansept Deadite S35VN/Ti & CF. Excellent combination of colors on this version IMO. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great edc too but the look of this one is what really catches my attention
Spyderco PM2 LW BD1N/FRN. Idk about u guys but I’ve been loving the LW versions, this & the 15V. 🤜🤛 Adept for always keeping me locked & loaded on all the Spydie’s. Magnamax Manix should come tomorrow 🤞
PM2 LW BD1N/FRN. Don’t know about yall but I’ve been loving these PM2 LW’s, this & the 15V. 🤜🤛 Adept for keeping me locked & loaded
Bestech VK-Void Magnacut/G-10. One of my favorite budget-ish, working knives of the last year. Reg price $139 but I got it for $89 on sale
This one isn’t my favorite cuz it’s the fanciest or most expensive but instead it won me over for what a perfect everyday knife it is. While the design is relatively simple it still has a little pop to it with that satin grind, the overall profile and the little copper mark to signify a Vulpex design. It carries in the pocket like to not even there, size and weight. It has g-10 scales and wasn’t wildly priced so I don’t concern myself with getting the scales scratched or any other signs of wear. The tip obviously does well for ripping into packages and slicing tape. The front flipper works very well but the blade hole Is done in a way I wish other companies would follow. The edges of the hole are still nice and sharp. Even tho the blade hole is small and doesn’t give a large area to access it you still get an easy, crisp flick because the skin of your thumb attaches so well to the edges of the blade hole. All around it’s an excellent knife. I got mine during the holiday sale and wanna say I paid $90 or so for it. Honestly I would’ve been just fine playing retail cuz I use this one all the time. Now I just need to snag one of the premium versions

The look of disappointment when you have to go back to your same old Spyderco after getting screwed by BladeHQ out of the PM2 Tanto
I carry nice knives so I figured I might as well get my first nice pen/marker too. Soulbuilt Marksmith titanium marker
I got the regular size sharpee version but you can also get it in fine point marker & a pen conversion kit as well. Takes sharpee refills and comes with a variety of colors in the box. The machining on it is top tier. Where the top part screws into the body you can’t even see any line or separation once it’s fully tightened. The bolt action is crisp. The spring tension is a bit strong at first but quickly breaks in. Makes for a good fidget piece when I’m in public instead of getting crazy looks while flicking my knife.
Kershaw Bel Air XL 3V/Aluminum w cerakote. Adept has them for $164 👌
Civivi Elementum 10th Anniversary Limited Edition S35VN/Jungle Wear Fat Carbon. I ALWAYS make sure I pick up Civivi’s anniversary knife cuz they price them very well. This was just $80.
Soulbuilt Marksmith titanium marker. Top tier machining & super fidgety
Lost my self defense pen with the spike on one end a few months back and finally got something new to replace it. As it is now it’s a permanent marker but I believe you can also buy a pen conversion kit if that’s the route you wanna go. The machining on this is beautifully done, you can hardly see where the two pieces screw together. Comes with a variety of sharpee refills in different colors. Aside from using it as a marker it’s my go-to fidget piece, don’t have to worry about getting crazy looks in public like when I’m flicking my knife opened and closed. For lack of a better description, you can tell it’s a premium piece the second you get it in hand. Definitely not something you can just go pick up from any old store
