I recently had oral sex with a girl who has brace in her mouth. Then i noticed 2 small red spots in my penis. I didn’t get tested yet but i have some tiredness and cough. No lymph nodes just have 3-5 red dots in the body. In my area there is also dengue. Is this HIV?

How is the logistics field in New Zealand? As i know most of logistics jobs based on Auckland. Have around 7 years experience in logistics and freight forwarding in my current country (Asia), so Iam planning to migrate to NZ in next year to have quality of life and a good job not a high paying one just a normal job that i can live peacefully with my family.
