Wow this HydroConquest is a strap monster.

Tried the MoonSwatch strap after a YouTuber recommended it and it fits really well. This case just goes with everything honestly.

The bracelet that came with it is really comfortable but it's hot in NYC right now so the rubber strap had to come out.

The blue 🔵 though. Every time I look down at my wrist I see something different. Different shade, different angle, the light just plays with it. I catch myself stopping and staring sometimes. Photos don't do it justice at all.

I was a little nervous because I have a 6.25 inch wrist and 48mm lug to lug felt like a risk. But it wears small for me coming from another 40x 48mm diver. I think it's because the case is really thin and the lugs curve down. It just sits there flat and comfortable and perfect.

Still mesmerized every time I look down at it. 💙

Wow, I’m loving this watch. The quality, color, and finishing are so good. Maybe it’s because this is my first watch over $1k but I’m seriously impressed.

Timekeeping has also been excellent so far. After almost 2 days, it’s only about -2 seconds compared to the world clock I set from my phone. Phenomenal.

I’m really glad I went with the blue dial over the black. The dial is a chameleon in different lighting. Sometimes it looks almost black, and other times it is this deep, rich blue. The bezel has a nice shine to it.

My only gripe is the bezel. Maybe I had extremely high expectations because of all the reviews, but there is a little bit of back play after the initial click, and you can move it back slightly at first before it stops. I asked the AD rep, and he said that is normal even on higher end watches. 🤔

Small wrist approved 💪 My wrist is 16mm or 6.25 inches. I had all the links removed and I am on the second to last or last micro-adjust position on the clasp. Today was a hot day, so my hand swelled up a bit and felt tight. I will probably play around with the half link and see if that helps 🤞
