Shopify has become a joke for affiliates.

I am owed commission from a store since Jan 30th. I made 3 months of sales but I'm only getting two payments.i made 3,9000 for the company and made 536. Jan30th till Feb 15th I made 231. Feb 15th till April 15th was 287. I haven't received one payment from them. They have a 30 day hold for the first payment so that makes them so late that my other payment is owed. They re trying to tell me they are going to pay me one payment of 231 and the next 297 on June 19th. I have talked to a bunch creators who are stopping commission and just making content for the products because of the pay. One creator was owed 6000 and they didn't want to pay her and still didn't. They have ignored me and they have told me the wrong information that they didn't pay me at first the company did. This is so upsetting to other creators because this is our life and what we do. The economy is bad enough and I'm selling skincare products and actually making commission... Everything is all good until Shopify won't release my payments. All invoices have been paid. I'm a loss for words and I will be doing Tiktok Affiliate more often.

Non payment over 120 days

Shopify has held my payments so long for no reason. I started selling skincare in January. Well Shopify hasn't paid me anything. They supposedly sent both payments out on the 15th but I haven't received them yet. Shopify is giving me the run around on my pay me for my commissions. My first purchase that was made was on January 30th. It's al.lst 6 months and no payment.

Payments for Affiliates

I use Shopify to show my favorite brands off. I use my affiliate code and make my commissions. I started selling for a skincare company. I have had to hassle to get paid. Im owed 231$ for Jan 30-Feb 15 I have another one that's 287$ for Fed- March. The skincare company has paid all invoices. Well since it is my first payment of 231$ Shopify holds it for 30 days. That's fine but over 120 days. I haven't been paid a thing. I have been told several different things from Shopify customer service. Both payments should have been sent out on the 15th last Friday. Now they are telling me they are only sending the 231$ only and I'll have to wait till June 4 for the next. All those payments are very late. They use Hyperwallet and that takes forever to get paid. I have lost all will to want to sell more. Has anyone had this problem with their Affiliates (anyone who owns a store) not getting paid. It's very discouraging. I just want my payments.

Affiliates keep your business running

Affiliates that work with your company isn't easy as you think it is. We have to put most of our time into representing your brand. Shopify seems to have their own pay period and they will do what they want even if all invoices are paid by the company. I worked with them since Jan 30th. I haven't gotten paid once and I was supposed to be paid 2 payments and they was sent Friday the 15th. Well I check Saturday the 16th and they moved one of my payments till June when it was discussed with their worker and I was told I would be receiving those payments because they are extra extra extra late. This will eventually dwindle down to where no Affiliates will be doing sales. I made over 80 sales between Jan 30 and March. No payments yet. Then they lied and moved my payments when they already should have sent them in. Im over it and it's ridiculous.

Shopify doesn't want to pay me

I have worked with Acure on Shopify in Collabs selling products with my code. I started in February it's now May and I haven't been paid a cent. They told me they can hold payments 120 days plus 30 days after that. I thought once the company pays them they pay us within 2 or 3 weeks because they do deposits twice a month. Well I was just letting it sit there and hold and build up I finally started looking at it like why I'm not getting any of my payments back. It took me a week and a half just to get a hold of anyone. Then they lie to me and tell me that they didn't do payments. I had to contact Acure personally and they had already paid all pay outs to Shopify. I'm getting aggravated. They don't tell you anything. I haven't made any sales since and I'm still waiting on my deposits. They run you in circles. I reread everything I have signed to work with them it says they can only hold payments up to 90 days. Why?? Is it just me?
