I can get the sensors and top metal contact clean, but the yellow part seems to hold on to more. How do you guys clean these or are you just letting it ride?

Hey y’all. I could use some help getting this crabgrass under control. This is a new construction house where they laid turf over hard clay. I believe it’s Bermuda and we are in North Carolina. Last year, the grass didn’t get watered at all. This year, I’m trying to do everything I can to salvage it and this crabgrass is the latest issue. I’ve hired a lawn care company that is local and is supposed to have a good reputation. At the beginning of the season, we had almost zero crabgrass but it has just been popping off since it got warmer. Below is a list of services received from the lawn care company. They’ve sprayed 3 times for crabgrass and it has done nothing. Is this normal? Do I just need to just pick these out by hand? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

04/03 Pre-emergent Crabgrass Control. Post-emergent Broadleaf Weed Control.
04/09 Limestone with micro-nutrients
04/28 Pre-emergent Crabgrass Control. Post-emergent Broadleaf Weed Control and Fertilizer. 
05/13 service call for crabgrass (invoice doesn’t have details of what they sprayed)
