Any tips or recommendations to get my first job in payroll?
Is college the only option?
Left old job (Apple) have a good nest egg (55.5k) in fidelity. Was investing in VG INST 500 IDX. New job also uses fidelity, however this plan is not available, I went for:
56% fid 500 idx,
14% fid extd mkt idx and then
30% fid total intl idx.
30 years old. 70k a year.
I’m debating on rolling over to Roth IRA to do VT instead of rolling over into new employer plan.
My last day at Apple was 2 weeks ago, not sure how long I have to wait to be able to rollover or what is a normal turn around time.
I’m also not certain if I have to roll out of the account at all, I don’t have access to old employer portal to look that info up.
Open to advice.

Currently get about 10,500 contributed annually to an employer ROTH 401k account
And currently I am putting all additional saved money into my SGOV account as I’m trying to save for a down payment on a house for the next 3 years, and then in which I plan on moving additional saves into a ROTH IRA account, which should let me do max contribution yearly, in which in that account I plan on doing 70/30 VTI/VXUS (debated on selling for VT but not educated enough yet on if it’s the smart choice for my goals)
Question: My employer plan does not have VTI/VXUS
What would bogle choose for my employer Roth 401k investments in that scenario? What to look out for so I can make an educated decision?

I’m getting quite a bit drone around 1.5-2.5k rpm’s
Im new to this, so I’m not sure what’s causing the drone sound. I know that the resonator is a huge piece. But I left that alone.
I’m okay with the exhaust being louder if it means less drone.
I’m also curious if it’s possible to keep the same sound now but with less drone/no drone.
Curious to learn more while also about my specific situation is possible and where I’d begin to start.
