Print times way long?

I've been using PrusaSlicer with my Neptune 3 Pro and Prusa will give me a time estimate of 3 hours for a "standard" .2 quality print, but when I take it to the printer it will be anywhere from 6 hours to ten or more. I had one 9 hour estimate that became a 23 hour print. Is this normal?

I've already figured out that Elegoo's screen display only figures % complete based on number of layers, not size of layers... after noticing that a big base layer took an hour to print 15% and then all the small tapering detail on top printed the other 85% in almost the same time.

How to use Greybor?

Just general tips, help? He's joined us for the dragon hunt and - apologies to any Greybor lovers out there but - I generally find him pretty useless, or at least I can't figure out how to get the best from him. Arue can nuke things with arrow storms, Nenio can Phantasmal Killer boss fights, Seelah and Wendy make great melee fighters, and Ember can inferno stuff. But I can't figure out how to use Greybor well. He just, what, runs up and stabs something for sneak attack damage once?

I know I have to take him on the dragon hunt and I feel like I'm losing 1/5 of my party power by doing so.

I tested printing with some simple shapes done in other slicers and they printed fine. Then last night I installed Prusa using the Neptune 3 Pro profile and Generic PLA, and it was really poor. See pic -

The support layer was messy and the nozzle was actually dragging through the support, and I heard it make thump sounds a couple of times from catching on the filament lumps before I switched it off.

I sliced the exact same STL in Orcaslicer and it's in there now printing fine. What am I missing in Prusa?

I just bought a used Neptune 3 Pro over the weekend. Seems to have been well cared for - Everything squares, the firmware has already been updated, and all I had to do was fiddle with the Z to start getting decent prints. This is my first Elegoo and so far the main issue I've noticed is the finicky SD card - Sometimes I will pop the SD card in and try to open a file and not only will it not open, but then NONE of the other files on the card will open and the other touchscreen controls stop responding (like, it ignores tapping the Light button, ignores tapping Advanced, etc). I made sure to reformat the card to FAT but it still seems to occasionally pitch this fit. I did read on here that removing the card while the printer was on could cause this?

Otherwise it's been great, but mainly I just wanted to ask if there was anything specific I should look at or any top improvements to do on this model. I am extra-cautious about buying a used printer.

Has anyone ever created any sort of mod or anything for this to allow for user-created adventures, like Solasta's Dungeon Maker? I have had a blast with that, making my own adventures (I made a Scooby-Doo haunted house based on the film "Ghost and Mr. Chicken"). It seems like WOTR would be an even better fit since the dialog is all text, you wouldn't be losing cinematics like in Solasta, but I haven't seen any mention of fan-made adventures at all. Too complicated?
