AI for Emails

How do you balance privacy with wanting to use ChatGPT or AI to help get things done? Does anyone have a workflow or recommendations for this? I’m not aware of any Proton-native AI features yet

Such as using an AI-connected Gmail for newsletters and other unimportant junk + forwarding any emails you want AI to process from Proton to Gmail for example. This still requires manual email forwarding but then AI only sees the emails you want it to instead of your entire account

Open to ideas and suggestions, I have both personal and business emails, thanks

Proton Mail & Suite for Personal & Business

I’m highly interested in the overall Proton Suite monthly services Package, have used ProtonMail, iCloud, LastPass, and Bitwarden just now very briefly. I finally want to migrate things over and take security seriously - and I’m looking for the best way to do that. I think Proton works well for personal use but I also need to manage a small business. Is that feasible with one Personal/Management Proton Mail/Account and then another Gmail/Outlook for non-private business use only?

I’m trying to make sense of where Proton could fit in for small business use or if I should keep it completely separate for personal use only. If there’s any business owners who use Proton please chime in.

I need desktop web browser (Brave Browser), iPhone (Brave), and also Business password and secret management - Bitwarden seemed the best for business. I noticed with the browser plugin for it you have to login to use autofill and it times out after 15min by default - I haven’t experimented with trying to configure this yet. Vs LastPass autofills pretty well (aggressively, sometimes the autofill makes it hard for me to fill things out manually), stays logged in forever by default, and has secure notes, etc - I’d prefer not to use LastPass anymore but it worked fine for desktop web browser usage for me. I used iCloud on iPhone instead of LastPass or a different password manager. I don’t want to rely on one device (Mac/iphone) and use Win 11 more for work anyway

I’m also looking at Really Wireless which includes Aura VPN - so I’m trying to prevent redundancies as I’m going to be managing my personal and business accounts plus employees so it adds up quickly with the number of accounts and services i have to manage

Proton Pass & Overall Proton Suite

I feel like Bitwarden is the best option for business and AI secrets management. I like Proton Mail and want to use the whole monthly package for all the Proton Services including Proton Pass - but I don’t think I can stop using Bitwarden completely. Has anyone made the full switch to Proton Pass or does anyone still use a secondary password manager like Bitwarden or iCloud too?

I feel like Bitwarden is the best option for business and AI secrets management. But I’m or sure if I can move everything into Bitwarden and use it exclusively - I just started using it and haven’t done a full migration.

Can someone share their actual experiences with Bitwarden? I’m highly interested in the overall Proton Suite monthly services Package, have used iCloud, LastPass, and Bitwarden just now very briefly. Qwen 3.8 27B 4080S Results

Qwen3.8-27B on an RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB: ~39 tok/s fully GPU-offloaded, ~200–230 ms TTFT on short tasks, and ~34 tok/s on a real 26K-token workload. Any tips for improvement? Running in LM Studio. Win 11 running Ubuntu Codex CLI. 3000mhz DDR4 5800x3D “AI Workstation”

Surprisingly capable for local coding/agent work, but quality is inconsistent enough that ChatGPT didn’t recommend it as a hosted-model replacement. Excellent local workhorse for bounded tasks.

Tips for increasing usage and capabilities as part of hybrid cloud-local workflows with Codex and GitHub?

Post from Colorado Dentists

Reposting from a colleague in Colorado for everyones consideration:

Behind the smile, there is a quiet, heavy crisis happening in dentistry. 💔
This week, my heart completely broke. Another colleague from our small world of Denver dentistry has passed away. CJ, may your memory be a blessing. I am so incredibly sad for your family, and they are in our thoughts and prayers. 🥹❤️

This loss marks the fifth dentist in our Denver community to die by suicide in just the last year that I am personally aware of. It is officially an epidemic, and life is already hard enough.

People truly have no idea what it takes to do this job, or what it drains out of you. In this profession, you have to be almost mentally stronger than you are physically.

Dentist are highly educated, trained, skilled professionals who do something no one else can do.

Dentists carry a disproportionately high risk for anxiety, depression, and burnout due to heavy student debt, intense perfectionism, and many face the isolation of solo practice.

But one of the heaviest tolls is absorbing second-hand anxiety all day from people who constantly say, "I hate being here."

Because of how hard this path is, I have a strict policy: anyone who disrespects me or my dental team is out. No exceptions.

We are humans under these scrubs, uniforms, & white coats and protecting our mental peace is a matter of survival.

To our patients, please understand the unseen battles your doctors are fighting. Show your dental teams some grace, kindness, and empathy. It matters more than you know. 🤍

Who uses NemoClaw??

Is it more reliable than OpenClaw? I am setting it up for running a small physical business, no model routing or skills installed yet - any tips appreciated
