Has anyone applied for the 5 year multi entry visa from France for master holders from France? (Indian citizens only)

So france has a pathway for 5 year multi entry tourist visa for master holders who did atleast one semester in France in the last 4 years for Indian citizens. Has anyone applied and if so can you elaborate the documents required?
