Can anyone please help me out with pgs near galgotias uni for girls which are not too strict with timings( curfew time) and also for weekends outing timings ( also with good WiFi, mess , no electricity problems etc), and would not call my parents for every little thing

So I want to do btech biotechnology from icar my top choices are ndri ivri . But my score is only 367 from 750 so I don't think I will get anything but I will still try but actually my friend said that ki icar mai btech biotechnology is different from any other college like coding ni sikhate aur updated syllabus ni hai so I want to know if it is true or not?
