Ho acquistato un ssd esterno da 2 Terabyte sul tiktok shop [e già qua mi direte: ha fatto la cazzata] a 20/25 €. Nessuna marca. Come posso controllare che non abbia virus/ malware vario? C'è un qualche programma che mi consenta di farlo?

Hello, i'll try to explain my problem.

I've quite recently switched to linux (bazzite) on a lenovo laptop, and i was installing my programs. At a certain point, my keyboard stopped typing. Some keys work (like caps lock), but not the letters. So i tried to restart the pc. It asks me the password for decrypting the disk, and it works fine, but when i have to write the login password, it doesn't work anymore (but caps lock still works). I then tried to connect another keyboard via usb and it presents the same problem.

I've tried to search online but I can't find anything useful.

Hello, I'm a noob with a problem (what a surprise).

I was installing bazzite on my other pc, deleting windows after a backup, and it seems to be stuck during storage configuration. I have selected that i want my data encrypted, set a password, clicked on next step, and then it blocked for several minutes now. I dunno what to do, nor i know how to upload images in the reddit app.

Ps: the window seems to be blocked, with the buttons "next", "back" and "abandon" being no more clickable, but the cursor is moving.

Edit: i have more information. I tried to select a previous passage, and an error appeared: Installation failed Installation cannot continue bc of a critical error Details: org.fedoraproject.Anaconda.Modules.Storage.UnknownDeviceError: nvme0n1
