The movie opens up with a montage of captain underpants giving multiple villains (Dr diaper, Wedgie woman, Turbo toilet, Robo-Melvin) then after that the plot goes as follows, Melvin brings the purple port a potty for a show and tale with George and Harold making potty jokes about it before Melvin goes in and doesn’t return for an entire month. After that month, George and Harold try going into the purple potty and right before they go in, captain blunderpants, evil George, evil Harold and booger boy jump out and they start doing evil things in George and Harolds name.
