I did this about a week ago but I just found this sub. I found a good deal on a black reach dreadnought and thought my army could use some more classic warhammer.
I always feel kinda sentimental whenever I hear about repainting something. I think about how the original owner wanted it and how it’s being changed. This being said I’m glad that a blood angel will get to remain a son of Sanguinius
I’m usually do primaris lamenters but I picked up a discounted tactical squad and decided to do a Red Hunter. I only found out about them recently but I love their lore. I first tried doing a gold sergeant stripe but I found doing nmm on a flat surface to be impossible. Tips for nmm appreciated!!
I have no idea how viable this dreadnought is in gameplay or even if it will stay in the rules, but I wanted a classic boxnought and there was a good deal!
There are things that could be improved but overall I am really happy with how this turned out! Now I just gotta think of a name
Got a sergeant in case I want to break up the squad into two but will probably just play as a regular assault intercessor if he’s in the squad with the plasma pistol sergeant
Pretty ok with how he turned out but might take a break from yellow to do some sanguiniary guard
I heard it on tiktok and finding anything on tiktok is always a Sisyphean task.
It’s a song with overwhelming feelings of despair or maybe yearning. The female singers vocals become more distorted or grainy as the violin track swallows it. Towards the end when the vocals are only barely intelligible it almost sounds as though she’s laughing with each line.
I don’t believe it was in English, my first thought was French but unfortunately I’m not sure. It’s possible the version I heard was an edit of the original which could make it harder to identify. I’m almost certain I must have seen it on a sad anime edit 😭😭😭. Anything helps I just thought it sounded really interesting.

I wanted to wait until I was happy with how my minis looked before I started a patrol. Things aren’t perfect and it’s a bit darker than I wanted it to be but it feels great to be happy with a final product.
I needed some practice with metal paint for a project I’m working on (I’m a lamenters fan through and through) and my buddy is a Minotaur fan in space marine 2 so I figured I’d practice and give him a little gift.
Heraldry was a little hard to find and admittedly I didn’t attempt the freehand bull’s head but I tried to do the chapter justice and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out
I’m trying to work on my consistency with painting before I bite the bullet on a combat patrol. I’ve found these warhammer heroes boxes to be a great way to experiment without feeling like I’m wasting money.
I’ve also decided to change the heraldry I’ve been doing because I prefer the black stripe sergeant to a red helmet sergeant
I gotta work on my freehand but I’m super happy that I feel like I finally figured out a decent yellow. I gotta work out the free hand a little more but as far as color goes I’m pretty happy
