Workout routine
My friend and I have started going to our local Planet Fitness one week ago. We’ve gone in three times so far and it’s fun but we just basically hit a little bit of everything with little consideration. I want to create a routine, but I don’t really know about what workouts go with what muscle groups and what kind of split I should do. I’ve heard of upper lower and Push Pull Legs, but I don’t know what to go with. I have the time to go 3-4 times a week and I mostly would like to use machines because I don’t really like free weights. If anyone has any ideas for splits, routines, or specific workouts to do, please let me know!
