Pehli baar shares liye...isme thoda profit dikh raha hai...isko bechna sahi hai ki hold karna sahi rahega ..and jab shares lena ho toh kya dekhke lena chahiye...

Recently I have started daily walking.i am doing 7-8k steps on average daily. My BW is 90 kg..can someone please give me a solution to treat pain and prevent it from worsening..

Mene kal se walking start ki.. Kal 5k steps the.. Aaj itne hue... Thodi dikkat aari hai like right shoulder me pain hota hai... And thodi der chalne ke baad legs heavy lagte... I am 92 kg.. Also is this inbuilt step meter accurate in redmi phone? Share some tips for walking... Bas black coffee pee ke nikal leta hu...
