She was posing too cute for my husband yesterday I just had to share! She will be 7 months 10/20.

I did not just get caught with a branch of “tree kibble” in the house! I found it there! Poof! Magic! (Tree kibble is what we call the nuts from the tree in our yard… thankfully nontoxic since my dogs have developed a deal with the local squirrels who throw some down for them in return for safe passage through the yard).

They are mostly inseparable now. Stella will be 6 months old 9/20. At first she was a lot for her big bro to handle but by 3 weeks in they had shared a pet bed and were playing like old bffs. Sometimes he still needs a break and we have ample space and opportunity to give it to him, but she has calmed down so much already it is amazing so those instances getting rarer by the day.

I would make him stop but she keeps going back for more. He is half herding dog (Aussie) & half lab, and she is pure lab. The vocals and trying to keep her contained on his part, and her submissive nature to go back for more cuz she already knows at 5.5 months he loves her and would never intentionally hurt her is so special to me. She has taught her 7 year old brother how to “play”!

He barks in his puppy voice and she tries to lick his teeth.

Today is super stressful for me. Cancer scan day. Stella slept in my arms and hasn’t left my side all morning. Mamas little angel.

She is all tuckered out from playing outside all morning. She will be 6 months old 9/20.

She is 5.5 months old now. Just the sweetest puppy ever.

No clue how she wiggled under there! What a silly puppy!

The nice folks from Pueblo we got our baby from sent us this video a couple days before we could pick her up. I was looking through all the old pics I took since we got her this morning and found it. Thought you all might appreciate it.

She was the last of her litter BUT we didn’t know that when we picked the girl with the pink bandana. When we learned she was the only one left we knew it was meant to be.

I was home sick yesterday and my girl didn’t leave my side. This is how she napped next to me. I kept kissing and massaging her paws. I feel so lucky to have found her.

How in the world this could be comfortable I don’t know but she stayed like that quite a while.

One eye opened one closed. Hubby took this one as she woke up mid nap then went right back to sleep on my bed. My lil bean.
