On holiday and accidentally forgot to pack enough needles 🤦🏼♂️ have been using nasals since the start of June and Switched to pinning and ive done 1 dose of 100mcgs and then 2 of 200mcgs with tanning outside and will be outside alot today but cant pin because i didnt bring enough but i am back home tomorrow, is it okay to still tan and miss a day?
Hi! Just had my mt1 for injection delivered today, in the last month I have been using an MT1 nasal spray which I did 5 sprays on days I would be getting UV. Should I start lower with the pinning at say 125/250mcgs and work up to a higher dose if needed instead of going to 500mcgs (which was the dose from 5 sprays of nasals although I wouldnt have been getting probably more than half of that)
MT1- Should I still dose during the week to maintain even if im not going to get any uv because of work?
After having little to no effects from MT1 nasals over the last (almost) 3 weeks im thinking of changing to pinning instead to get results. Ive been researching and found 3ml of Bac for a 10mg vial of MT1 seems to be the go to.
Other than alcohol swabs, the MT1 and bac water which ill probably get from where I got my nasal, what syringes are people using for reconstituting and dosing?

Thinking of swapping from nasal MT1 to pinning it after over 2 weeks of taking it and not noticing any difference in colour.
Im have been taking it daily for this period and taking one spray in each nostril before bed if i havent been able to get UV Exposure and taking 4 sprays (approx 444mcgs) 20 mins before tanning outside if i can but other than a few side effects on the first few days i wouldnt even think I was taking anything
How would swap to pinning in terms of dosage, should I start low again and build up or continue where I am?
Also if anyone has any recommendations for supplier, syringes, bac water etc

Should I be using Suncream when tanning on MT1. Ive been using MT1 Nasal and using two sprays in each nostril before tanning outside and using SPF 30 on my body and 50 on my face.

Bar some extra freckles I havent noticed before I dont seem to be seeing any major colour changes or obvious tan despite it being nearly 2weeks (tomorrow) since i started using it.

Hi! Been in a lean bulk for about 6 months, starting off at 128lbs and low calories and slowly building up to where I am now which is 3800 cals a day where im gaining roughly 0.3-0.6lbs per week and started the gym back in October after starting running in august last year.

Currently training 5 days a week with Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower and 2 runs a week, 12k+ Steps a day and active job.
​
And it would be interesting to see how I'm doing with my physique, I know my Upper chest, lats and Lower abs are maybe behind where they should be.

Been using MT1 Nasal spray now for nearly 10 days, with 4 days of tanning during this time (UK weather 🤦🏼♂️) on Day 1 and 2 i did one spray in one nostril, then ive been doing one spray in each nostril on non tanning days before bed and two sprays in each nostril on tanning days about 20 mins before tanning.

I only had side effects for the first 3 days and dont got any when taking it now. Ive noticed some new freckles (expected because i have quote a few anyway) and maybe a very very slight bit of colour change mainly on arms/hands but no where near where I want to be yet. Shall I keep going with the set up im doing now or adjust anything?

Started MT1 Nasal spray on the 8th of June and started with just one spray in right nostril just before bed had a very slight off feeling but no issues with sleep

2nd dose on the 9th June. One spray in left nostril just before bed, nothing felt within 15 mins
​

10th of June - spray in each nostril before tanning outside (2 total) - outside for 45-1hr, 20 mins front, 20 mins back - short period of front again. Slight headache /pressure and a sicky /full feeling in stomach/chest and heart burn - No flushing

11th of June - one spray in each nostril before bed as - No flushing, slight pressure headache again, no nausea
​

12th June - taken about 20 mins before tanning in UV2, did about 2.5 sprays (1.5 right/ left) in nostrils but didn't feel anything bar some head tension, then did another spray in left nostril and went outside. no side effects at all

13th June - Taken late before bed and went straight to sleep so no sides felt and no direct UV exposure

14th June - 2 sprays in each nostril 10 mins before tanning (4 total) out in full sun at UV6 from 1.40pm to 3.20pm. 1 hr total front and 40 mins total back but not a single side effect felt with the increased dose only thing ive noticed is i havent got any sun burn or redness at all but no obvious colour difference.

Received my MT1 nasal spray today and its stored in the fridge, took it out around 15 minutes before using and I have used one spray in one nostrils just before bed to check for sides/reactions, then I might do a spray in the other tomorrow and then one in each on Wednesday and thursday. with Good weather on Friday to get some sun, is this okay for a starting point?
Just got my MT1 spray to try out and its in the fridge, shall I take it out before using it to warm up a bit and what would be a good first loading dose? I was thinking of one spray in one nostrils for the first day or two to check for any side effects or reactions

Looking into starting MT1 to get a natural tan and stop being pale 😂 came across the nasal sprays which I liked the convenience/Lower risk appeal but after researching into them it seems hit on miss whether you'd be getting the correct Dose. Has anyone used the nasal spray and can share their feedback?
