I am so pissed. I was so excited that I got the opportunity to freelance and build a portfolio. The client reached out to me, our contract was for a week, I was supposed to be paid 9 dollar fee which was actually very less for the project I was doing for him given I needed some work experience and expense urgently.

It was supposed to be given in 3 parts. Just as soon as I provide the second draft on upwork the client ends up cancelling the contract from his side. Now I have no idea what to do because I've given my two parts and still have been paid nothing.

Hello! I am 18F, I just finished my content writing, proof reading and ghost writing CV, though I have nothing to put in as my project, something that catches eye since I've been working on more private content and a work which is a private project for a client.

I am honestly looking for more opportunities to get more work which I can also put in on my portfolio for future use and experience. And maybe some project ideas I can do myself that would get recognised in less time since I need to start earning soon and become independent.

I also have no idea about making samples in case the client ask for them, so an insight would be great for it, but if someone hires me right now I can make them a small sample based on the work I'll be getting assigned with!

So I recently just made an Insta account just to see how much I can grow. So far it's been three days, at day first I posted three reels, and just a few hours ago I posted another three.

I've noticed a pattern in them, for some reason the third one I posts will always start getting lots of views in half an hour. The one I posted today recieved 1.8k views within 30 minutes and I don't understand if it's a good thing or bad, it's been 6-7 hours now and so far all of them have no growth at all, one is at 2k, the other two are barely 500, and the ones I posted day before are at 1.5, 900, and 700 respectively.

I don't understand if it is because the account is new but yeah I'd like to know everyone else's insights in this.

So I just made a rice water toner and added dried hibiscus and clove in it because I heard it's good for acne. Not sure I've seen anyone try to mix the three but oh well. If anyone have any advices to share please do before I ruin my face 😭

I am 17F, and I'm thinking of starting writing related freelancing and I've tried Fiverr and upwork but it did not quite work.

I tried to log in on Fiverr but it kept redirecting me. As for upwork it requires money to start but I don't really have any source of income to put on it.
