Elder millennial struggling. Do we like these?

Guys. I used to be cute and stylish. I think sometimes I still am, but I'm struggling a bit with current trends. Do we like these? Would these work with a cropped wide leg jean? What about a linen pant? I also plan on bringing them to Europe with me in a month as my "comfy" tennis shoe. I cant do the dad shoe. I have to draw the line somewhere.

Just purchased and I'm on the fence. Thoughts?

I have been embracing the grays I have coming in and genuinely enjoy the way they look, but my part looks very frizzy. I have fine, thin hair with a wave that can look greasy quickly, so I steer away from heavy products. I currently use dry shampoo everyday to give myself some volume and texture, but struggle getting a smooth sleek look at my part. Any suggestions?

New manager, been in my role for 9 months. Numbers are good but inside, I'm barely keeping my head above water.

She called me this morning for a quick update, said good morning, how are you? And I just lost it. It's been one of those weeks where your staff let you down, the union files a grievance, and the fires don't stop coming... And I had to put my 17yo cat down last weekend. She asked me how I was and I started sobbing and said I was fed up.

I know it was just a culmination of all the small fish to fry, but I am so embarrassed. I vented. I expressed frustration and disappointment with my staff. And by the time I was done I just stopped and felt like everything I complained about was literal peanuts to the shit she is navigating.

Anyway, how do I overcome this? I'm so embarrassed.
