Planning a daytrip to the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Lindsborg from Wichita! Would love some recs on food and things to do in Lindsborg and Abilene. My partner and I are visiting from California and we'll be there on a few Sundays from now. We love good coffee, are not big beer drinkers, and would love places with veg options!
