in september i go to a new school, and i have ONE goal- to lose weight this summer.

My problem is that all our aunts,uncles,cousins go to our grandmas house and stay there for about 2 months. Of course being a teen with cousins and shit I go out and i always end up eating too much,even if i dont go out theres ALWAYS food in the house. Working out directly is gonna be very hard bc theres almost always someone else in a room with you.
I can’t convince my parents to let me stay alone in my city for the whole summer

Im a female 171cm (5’7) and i weight 70kg (154lbs).

Ive been in an on & off deficit of 1300 since January but no progress. Now its been 16 days and 1 cheat day since i started a deficit of 1000-1100cal per day but i still havent lost weight.

I’d say im pretty active since i often find my self standing a lot and i walk about 12-14k steps daily and i dont even count the calories burned from that in my daily intake. I desperately need to lose a few kgs before summer.

I also carry most of my fat around my hips, and i do workouts and pilates nearly daily but nothing changes. If you have ANY advice for me until summer i would really appreciate it bc summer is in less than 2 months.

Last year, pretty much all year with cheat days of course, i was in a caloric deficit of 1200 and id sometimes switch to 1500. It kinda worked i lost like 3kg (which is SUPER slow progress) and the moment i ate like shit for a week bc i was on holiday, i gained it all back and i havent lost any since. My body genuinely influences my life and id feel so much better if i could just lose weight and fat.

-i have a problem with reading out loud. ive been in the same class with the same people for 9 years, and im comfortable with them but idk why with this ONE specific teacher i cant read out loud, and shes sweet idk why my body just tenses up and my heart beats fast. i try to avoid it all the time. do you guys have any advice? ive tried “just do it and eventually youll be able to” but i failed
