I've realized I need to give his 90's and 2000's music another shot.

Fantastic shooter on Sega Genesis with amazing music and graphics, but doesn't seem to have the popularity it deserves. Would love for someone to buy Vic Tokai's IPs and make a remaster for both of these games.
