Is it too late to be a regular swo?

Hi navy redditors, I'm a SWO(N) and I just got to power school after my first tour. I'm already dreading my time here and it's only day 1.

Mandatory study hours? Being at school every weekend? Group pt?

It's only week 1 and I'm already expected to come in before my wife wakes up, and get home when my wife is getting ready to go to bed. I'm not concerned about the material but I have a family at home. I can't just give up on my personal life for this, not to mention the fact that I want to try to have a baby. For context I never chose to be a nuke in the first place, I got drafted into it and I've been trying to keep a positive attitude the whole time.

I love Charleston but I just want to go back to Norfolk and do my second SWO tour and get out of the navy. Is this still an option for me?

I'm nervous to bring this up with the faculty because I doubt they'd be willing to give me a second chance if I change my mind.

I'm aware they'll probably take $30k back (signing bonus) but honestly I'm prepared to pay that price for some actual QOL for the next few years. They'll also probably just give me whatever ship is looking for a 2nd tour and that my preferences won't be factored in, I'm fine with that as long as it's CONUS. Do they change my contract time? Or would it still be two tours? Can anyone confirm the process from here?

Is this an emergency?

Took my boy (GSD) to the beach today and he had a blast swimming and running around. He probably ingested a bunch of saltwater.

When we got home he drank a ton of fresh water and then laid down for the rest of the night. He seemed a little sleepy but overall he seemed comfortable.

As the night progressed he seemed to look a bit more ill. It's the middle of the night so it's hard to say what is sickness vs regular exhaustion.

He has pooped twice, once right after and the second time some diarrhea in the middle of the night. He has peed a lot, especially after drinking all that water.

He seems like his breathing is slightly strained, about one breath per second through the nose.

I checked for the usual signs of bloat. His gums are dark pink but slightly dry, no excessive drool. He isn't retching at all and he only spit up a bit at the beach as we were leaving. His groin does feel maybe slightly swollen? But it is hard to say for sure. It definitely doesn't feel hard, just slightly distended and squishy.

He woke me up at midnight to go pee and poo and he seemed to look pretty uncomfortable so I'm sitting with him. For about 30 minutes he didn't seem to want to lay down but now he has been laying down for the last 15 minutes. He seems slightly uncomfortable and still breathing slightly rough.

Is this something I need to go to the overnight vet about?

What's up with these fees?

Leasing company is charging me a $150 "holding fee" since "I'm not going to be moving in for a few weeks" The unit isn't even open to move in for a few weeks so why exactly are they needing to hold it for me?

Unit available date: 29Jul

Requested move in date: 30Jul

Application fees already paid: $100 for two applicants and $60 for two pets

Application fees yet to be paid: security deposit

I really don't understand why they're making me pay a holding fee, they will have no discontinuity in their occupancy. This is basically just them preventing others from applying to the same unit that I have been approved for.
