Stretching food out website

This kiwi website has lots of advice and recipes, hope you find them as helpful as I do. Planning meals also helps.

lovefoodhatewaste.co.nz. I love to make a little go along way , tonight I have 3 sausages for 4 persons. I made 20 that's 3-7 each meatballs with onion, breadcrumbs, sage, nutmeg, some egg. In a tomato paste style gravy but you can make them Italian flavor or mexi. I thick cut the potatoes for mash and im using the skins for loaded skins with homemade pizza tomorrow.

First loaf advice please

I have watched a lot of vids , got a good starter but I'm unsure when to start creating my dough. If it has to be left in the fridge 8-12 hours does that mean I make it at 7-8pm the previous evening? Vids always look like it's daytime. Bit confused.
