I am the only other active mod of a sub and I am concerned that the other active mod may have had their account hacked. They’ve been inactive for a while, but the account is now posting inappropriate content.

Hi everyone, we made a new banner for our subreddit. The mobile version looks perfectly clear on my phone, and on my laptop, the desktop version looks sharp when I first view it.
However, after uploading/applying them, they become blurry.

Looks fine right before upload, but loses quality after a few minutes of applying
I have already checked the dimensions and they seem correct. Is Reddit/Canva compressing the image, or is there something I should change in the export settings? This is the exact same size of the banner we've had before but I don't think it was blurry.
Any help would be appreciated this is urgent. Thank you!

After the contest ended, the winning banner designer was contacted regarding adjustments needed for the banner to fit Reddit’s layouts and required dimensions. We provided time and support to help finalise an updated version; however, we did not receive a response to continue the process, and the updated banner could not be completed.
Since the winning banner received significantly more votes than the runner-up, we wanted to respect the community’s choice rather than switch to a different entry. We created a new version inspired by the winning design while keeping its main elements and overall direction.
