So I've known of this guy at work (regular customer) and he always makes prolonged eye contact with me whenever I see him. He holds my gaze and looks at me with a soft expression that he doesnt give my other coworkers. He always looks at me when I'm not the one serving him and after he's been helped. He stares at me from across the room subtly. He acts nervous sometimes by looking away if he sees me catching him. He also stares with dilated pupils sometimes. We havent talked except for the rare occasion I do help him. What do you think? He is my age too. He also stays a long time at the place I work (cafe) for like 2 hours when I'm around

Not everyone shows a crush the same way. Some people will tell you to your face, but others are too shy. They keep their feelings to themselves, glance at you from across the room, and get nervous whenever you're close. Silence doesn't always mean there's nothing there.
