CPI rounding off in intern season?

is the CPI rounded off in the intern season? if so, what are the rules? a few weeks back for prelim resume submission we got a mail saying that :

Manual rounding of CPI is strictly prohibited, with only two specific exceptions:

If your CPI is between x.45 and x.49, you may round up to x.50

If your CPI is between x.95 and x.99, you may round up to the next whole number (x + 1.0).

can the companies request for exact data from CCD? is this "rounding off" reflected on the intern portal as well?

Does anyone think that too many people in this college are scammers?

When I was in my first year, I truly looked up to respectable POR holder bhaiyas/didis like secretaries of clubs, techboard POR holders etc.

But now that I have (hopefully) passed my 2nd year, got a POR myself and see so many of my batchmates get those coveted PORs...

I think most people, including me, are scammers. For example I am a head in some very respectable tech club and I really do not know that much. AI carried me throughout my 2 years in this club. I do not think I will do a very good job helping my juniors.

And it does not stay confined to clubs either.

So many of my friends cheat on codeforces, in their labs, in their assignments. Even people who get top grades from amazing branches have a history of cheating many times. Some of these are the new faces of our technical clubs - and I cannot help but wonder, have we really normalized dishonesty to such a large extent?

What was the last time I actually liked studying anything at college? What was the last time I actually used as much brain power as I did while I was doing my JEE Prep?

Did I scam myself, and potentially others?
