NativeMed

I'm currently on tirzepatide through NativeMed and I’ll be starting my 3rd month this coming Sunday on the 7.5 mg dose.
I noticed that after around weeks 2–3, the effects started slowing down for me, and by week 4 I’m feeling normal hunger again. I’m not sure if my body has just gotten used to the dose, but it definitely doesn’t feel as effective anymore.
I reached out because I was wondering if it would be possible to increase my dose after this month. I had asked about potentially moving to 12.5 mg since I’ve heard of some people being able to skip doses when the medication stops working as well for them, but I was told that skipping doses isn’t something you do.
Now I’m a little confused about whether I should just continue and wait to see if the medication starts working better again, or if I should consider switching providers. I’d really appreciate your guidance on what would make the most sense in this situation.
