Hey Yogis! I’ve been a regular studio practitioner for about 2 years (about 4 vinyasa classes a week). I’m moving from central Maryland to the Jersey shore (Monmouth county) in about a week. I am looking for some good studio recommendations to find my new yoga home. For what it’s worth, my practice leans more towards traditional yoga (emphasis on pranayama and meditation, etc, and less “hot yoga” and “spicy flows”). Any advice?
