Does shipping a sticker internationally really require a customs form?? how can I do this easier..

I send them in a letter for 70 cents ish here in the US, but I had to cancel a order to somewhere in the Netherlands because the post office said I had to pay 28 dollar customs fee and fill out a form.... how is this possible when I have seen others ship international free shipping on 4$ items.

I would love some advice on how I can actually ship things internationally or if there are just certain areas I cannot ship to and is it possible to disable just those areas??

What else can I do to increase print speeds on prototype pieces?

So far I have found out about / done :

reduced walls to 1

reduce infill to 5% (or less) , gyroid.

turned up the printers speed once it starts printing

increase layer height (soon will buy a .6 nozzle)

adjust max volumetric speed accordingly

I think this is everything I have discovered, what else can I do to make a print go faster when it does not need to be strong or high detail? am I missing anything?

power surge on the usb port error for dji mic 3 , anyone ever have this?

getting this error, and when im not getting this error im often experiencing pauses in the transfer. have used multiple usb C cables that I know are solid.
