Which 2nd Hand Midsize Sedan To Buy (800K limit)? 2016s Mazda6/Accord/Camry

Leaning towards the Mazda6 2.5G since I've always wanted a wagon but the Marketplace listings are few and far between and the price seems to be on average very close to a Camry but slightly more expensive.

Camries seem to be a safe default choice since both the Accord and Mazda6 are no longer offered but somewhat generally the priciest on average and Accords seem the most affordable but I heard parts are difficult to ship compared to Mazdas that ship request parts from Japan via the dealerships.

Is there any benefit in putting my EF in a trad bank rather than a HYSA?

Do I need to have any money in traditional banks when the interest is miniscule anyway when I can put in my emergency fund on different better yielding accounts like BanKo Savings etc?

I heard relationship balances are a factor for having your money in a preferred bank so it's one of the reasons that people put a decent amount into their traditional savings accounts but are the privileges worth it?

Bigbike pang daily sa Manila - Worth it ba?

Sulit ba talaga big bike sa Manila pang daily to and from work?

Rocket Russian Any Good for A2+?

Has anyone tried Rocket Russian and can say if it's worth the price or not and if it is able to push into atleast B1 or more? It seems that it's an older course but I'm unable to find more in depth reviews or user experiences on it.

Anyone have wrist shots of the light blue SN0126GS?

I'm looking to get my first Chinese Watch and the SN0126 looks the most appealing to me. I see so many images of the dark blue gradient one which I'm deciding between that one and the light blue one but I can't reliably find pics of the light blue dial that isn't from the SM team themselves.

Are the new Vex Emotes Bundle only?

Is the 7 Year Anniversary Vex emotes buyable only by the bundle? I don't really play TFT so the bundle coming with the TFT stuff doesn't make that much sense to get.

Am I Doing this Right?

Hello everyone. Starting to figure out how to invest a bit late at 25yo but I want to make sure I'm doing things right early.

Today is the 4th day since I started trying to figure things out and got my IBKR account approved. Details and information of my current budget allocation:

EF: 1 Year Salary on a traditional bank savings account.
Health Insurance: Employer provided only 300k limit annually.

Investments:

VWRA: 900USD
PLTR: 100USD

HYSA(?): 50,000php on BanKo pending account verification.

This is all I have right now. I'm thinking of moving my EF to BanKo if it gets approved and the limit raised and keeping my traditional bank as more of anemergency wallet. Is this an ok start or are there signs of failure? Also are there other things that I should look into to improve my finances long term?

What Went wrong with eToro?

Hello, 25yo and just finished setting up my Wise and IBKR account and put a deposit on it for VWRA while I learn and figure out other things and terminologies but as I read things I notice that people keep saying that IBKR is risky and could be closed down by SEC anytime soon.

Is there any reason why IBKR is still serving the Philippines while eToro has fully pulled out? Should I opt for a different platform instead? Thank you.

Found this thing on a pawn shop. Doesn't look like it was loved or taken care of since the Longines logo is out of place and there's a couple of dust specs inside the face. I don't have a time grapher but just used a phone app and it read it at 25,200 BPH with a pretty huge beat error at 1.5ms. Still need to get it authenticated but I'm not getting my hopes up especially since they were selling it in the range of 600 bucks only.

Subaru Forester E-Boxer Hybrid Good for a First Car?

Is the Subaru Forester Hybrid a good first car? I heard Subarus were expensive when it comes to upkeep and it's necessary that I already know a good mechanic before getting one. My original car option is the Civic Hybrid but it seems a bit low and with the recent flash flooding due to short and sudden rains I'm reconsidering a sedan and looking for somewhat taller cars.

Is this a good choice or should I just keep my original choice of getting the Civic. I don't really have a family to bring with me so the Forester seems a bit large for myself too. Are there other choices to consider?

Sedan Owners ano Ginagawa niyo pag Baha Season Na?

May mga Sedan owners ba na naka only car na sedan? Balak ko pa lang kasi bumili ng first car ko after 4 years of work na naka TNVS lang. Di rin naman malayo probinsya ng magulang ko if luluwas ako and decent mga kalsada. Ok lang ba mag Sedan pa or higher riding and deeper wade depth vehicles lang talaga dapat pag pilian ko for an only car?

This is a dumb scenario that I got myself into hiring workers without being around. They removed my old window AC and ran the connections through the previous hole and now I have a massive hole in my third floor room running some cylinders and wires through it.

Do I just plug it out with cardboard? I'm not sure how to navigate around the fact that I have wires and copper tubes running through the rectangle shaped hole in my wall.
