Fiance visa questions

About to begin the process, I am the sponsor inside the UK. I meet the requirements. Just wanted to know, can I build the application on both of our behalf or does my partner have to do that?

Another question: is it absolutely necessary to have a letter of intent to marry from the civil register office?

How can I book a venue date when I don’t know how long the application will take place?

And the last question, what if my partner and I decide to hold the traditional wedding ceremony in another country during the period of the fiance visa after officially getting the marriage papers from the civil register?

So for context I started on April 11 SW 120kg 5”10 male, CW 114kg. My dosage, first week 2.5mg, second week 2.5mg, third week 4mg, fourth (current week) 4mg.

Not afraid to get bashed by the Reta PHD holders in here about how I’m doing it wrong, in any case I’m not doing too bad, never threw up, nor had skin sensitivity issues or other side effects apart from one that I’ve been noticing the past few days in this final and fourth week of the first month. That would be the difficulty in consuming food, like solid food, so I’d have no problem eating protein yoghurt which is smooth down the esophagus, but when I eat something savoury and chewy, my lord the reactions… especially a few hours later, just heartburn after heartburn and the feeling of acid going up.

Counter balancing this by having two shakes a day and a yoghurt which gets me to about 80g but need to hit 120g consistently….

My supplementation:

Magnesium glycinate
Electrolytes
Multivitamin
Zinc

Today I added the following into the stack with the help of these curbing these symptoms
Ginger
Vitamin D + K2
Omega 3

Now, I will not be titrating again until week 8.. which will be a modest .5 titration from there on out.

My target is to reach 80kg, leggo.

Before Reta I would have some small fast digesting carbohydrate with my pre workout drink maybe 1 hour before my session, now I make it almost 2 hours prior to it and still this nausea just kicks in when I’m halfway through my lifts, it stops me from going hard and increases my perception effort.

Anyone dealt with this and know any tips?

Yes I take my electrolytes upon waking.

Hi all,

Bought this car in 2024 with no issues, was driving on the motorway on sport mode with speeds between 85-90mph, the battery dial for the EV mode went down and then a sign appeared saying hybrid electronic malfunction, I had my eyes on the road so I couldn’t see.

Then I exited the fast lane and wanted to see if the car won’t drive on its electronic battery, put it on ECO and to my surprise it drove fine.

Got to my destination, turned the vehicle on and off, the sign was gone. On my return journey, no sport mode but used the cruise control and set it to 75, however the speedometer went all the way to POWER and then the issue came up again. Then I checked again while driving to see if it affected the charging of the battery and it did not.

Here is the sign on the app.

Can someone help explain this?
