Quick and free reapp or hold off until after Jan MCAT?

So this past cycle had its ups and downs. 11 interviews including more IS UC's than I've ever had, 4 WL's (all at T30's). I have next to 0 faith I'll get off the WL's considering I'm below median plus R's at schools at or above median.

Got feedback from 3 post-II R schools. Message was the same for all 3:

Positives: Great PS/secondary essays/story, 10 publications with 4 first author (which should be bc I've spent a decade in research plus public health. 3/2 new ones since applying), rose up the ranks very quickly in public health to leadership level, very strong LOR's, highest marks from MMi interviewers and strongly advocated for by trad interviewers.

Negatives: Very bad recent B/B score (had an adverse test center situation and they did not receive AAMC investigation letter in committee voter which they should've), could use more recent clinical hours and post-Covid exposure (easily fixing by calling in some favors owed to me). One LOR is from deceased person (albeit a Nobel Laureate)

Can qualify for Fee Assistance since I've been reduced to part time thanks to current political and AI climate affecting public health and Data. I have an MCAT voucher that I'm aiming for Jan and hopefully closer to my FL's, which would be close to what my highest section scores added would be. But wondering if I should use FA to apply this cycle concurrently since my Preview/Casper is still current and my prereqs are still just within cutoffs of some schools age wise. Not much change from previous app other than a few more pubs and much more clinical hours. Obviously it would be great if there's a breakthrough but if not, would it negatively impact a more serious cycle attempt?
