Rogue Factions: Order of Zelavas and Severed Claws

A few weeks ago, we first revealed the Rogue Factions for ENDLESS Legend 2 to you. Now it’s time to take a closer look at what makes them different and unique. But first, a reminder:

What Are Rogue Factions?

Rogue Factions are fully playable variants of existing major factions that have broken away from their parent faction.

They are built around the same core gameplay affinity but offer a different experience thanks to a set of new traits that encourages them to focus on different strategies. This applies to your tactics in combat as well, as they feature their own unique battle affinity and may emphasize different units of the faction roster. Of course, they also have their own leader to represent them in diplomacy, a different look, and their own short story to explore in their faction quest.

Would this make Parasect competitively viable?

Spore Cloud count as a spore move for purpose of immunities (grass and safety goggles)

If a pokemon is immune to any of the status conditions, it increase the chance of this ability doing nothing. (i.e. if a pokemon has sleep immunity, then the ability has 30% chance to paralyze, 30% chance to poison and 40% chance to do nothing)

Inspiration here is clearly Mega Scolvillain, but Grass/Bug is a much worse defensive type and Parasect also has lower BST so they need some help. Do you think this would make any waves in the meta? would you use Mega Parasect even though the status they can inflict is random?
