I have both type two diabetes and also other Auto-Immune diseases. I now know when I am flairing due to “random” 4am spike in my sugar which I have come to learn is a cortisol release by my body.

So, what other phenomena have you seen in your G7 data not directly related to sugar intake?

We are at the Red Lobster and my wife read the Endless Shrimp disclaimer which said “Not available on holidays”. I told her it is a good thing your mom is not British or she could not get it when she goes to Hawaii.

My wife is still looking at me like I’m crazy.
